Summary
Exocrine (IgA) isoagglutinins with specificity to the A-erythrocyte antigen contain both K and L type IgA subunits which retain agglutinating activity. Reductive depolymerization using NaBH4 results in the formation of free transport pieces and 7 S subunits.
