HDF were incubated in DMEM with 0.1% BSA in the presence or absence of TNF-α, IL-4, IL-13 (all at 10 ng/ml), or LPS (100 ng/ml). Supernatants were harvested at 48 h and analyzed for chemokine levels by ELISA. The mean ± SEM of three independent experiments is shown.
