Thymocytes from nkt/nkt and nkt/+ littermates were stained with anti-TCRβ chain and anti-CD49d or anti-CD49e and analyzed by flow cytometry. Values represent the mean percentages of cells expressing low/intermediate or high levels of α4 or α5 integrin chains ± SD (n = 4) within electonically gated populations expressing different levels of TCR. The experiment was performed three times with similar results.
