EA binding to different cells was determined as described in Fig. 1. EA binding is represented as mean ± SD of quadruplicates. The surface area of different cells was obtained from published results (35 36 37 ). CD32A expression was calculated by flow-cytometric analysis using anti-CD32 mAb. MFI of CD32A expression on each cell type was calculated using fluorescent intensity of fluorescent standard beads collected under identical instrument settings.
