Numbers in table body indicate number of mice producing anti-MMTV polyvalent Abs per total number of recipient mice. Splenic DNA isolated from all the recipient IFN-γ-deficient mice was subjected to semiquantitative IFN-γ-specific PCR to ensure that the mice were chimeric. All mice producing polyvalent Abs also secreted IgG2a-specific anti-virus Abs.
