RNA abundance in quiescent D10.G4 cells cultured with DRB for 0 (n = 4), 30 min (n = 3), 2 h (n =4), and 3 h (n = 3) was normalized to the carrier-only control. Normalized abundance was then plotted over time, and the data for each locus were fit to an exponential decay curve from which t_1/2 values were interpolated. Hprt and Myc turnover rates agree well with published reports (1 2 ).
