After 24 h incubation, PGE2 was measured in supernatants by EIA with AChE as tracer (see Materials and Methods). Results are expressed as means ± SEM. Statistical analysis used the Wilcoxon signed rank test; microcrystal data were compared with control data, and significance was set at 0.05. Numbers in parentheses, number of experiments tested.
