Human OB were preincubated with drugs for 0.5 h at 37°C and further incubated for 24 h. PGE2 was measured in supernatants by EIA with AChE as tracer (see Materials and Methods). Concentrations of PGE2 are expressed in nanograms per milligram of protein. Results are expressed as means ± SEM. Statistical analysis (Wilcoxon signed rank test).
